You can apply for a Fluid card as long as you:
- Are aged 18 and over and have a permanent UK address
- Haven’t had a County Court Judgement (CCJ) in the past 3 years
- Haven’t been declared bankrupt in the last 3 years
- Don’t already have a Fluid card and haven’t had taken out an Aqua, Marbles, Opus or Bip card in the past 6 months
